What does
that really mean?
My intention
when I approach someone to buy their home, especially in situations
where they need or want to sell it rapidly, is to help that person solve
a problem. I am not a wealthy benefactor who will come in with money
hanging out of my pockets and bail people out of any and all money woes.
Instead, I am just a person willing to meet with you to discuss your
problems and try to help you solve them
As a Christian,
I believe that one of the main reasons I am
here on this earth is to help others. This is but one way for me to do
that. So, when I come to talk to you, I will try to help you with your
problems even if I can't help you sell your home.
What is the
process?
When you first
contact me, I will arrange a time in the next day or so to come out and
sit down with you to discuss your needs and to hopefully take a look at
your house. After our discussion, I will generally either make you an
offer on the spot or let you know that you will hear from me within 24
hours with an offer to purchase.
Once you
accept my offer, I approach my group of investors with the deal laid out
and start working out the details with them. Each of the investors I
partner with have different requirements for the deals they are
interested in so it may take a few days to get one lined up. Never fear
though, for those extreme situations, I can generally get an investor to
put up money to make up arrearages, postpone foreclosure or for a
multitude of other needs.
What should
you do?
The first
thing you should do is contact me and set up an appointment. I will come
by and meet you to discuss your situation and see if I can help. If you
don't contact me I cannot help you. So, don't wait another minute, call
me or email me today to see how I can help.
Feel free to
send me any questions or comments via email and I will respond within 24
hours (usually within an hour or so).

I
completely understand the frustration and embarrassment that people feel
when they can't seem to sell their home or are in a position where they
need to sell their home very quickly. With that in mind, I warrant to you
to:

Never
share your information with anyone! Even when I approach my
investors, I present properties as just that, a property. I will not
share names, addresses or contact information with my investors until
they commit to a deal. Then, I will personally introduce you to the
investor and do whatever is necessary to facilitate the sale.

Help
you maintain your dignity! I am not in a position to judge anyone.
My job is to try to help you solve a problem. I have been in many
situations where I would have appreciated the same kindness from
others and did not receive it so I refuse to belittle or judge anyone
for their current situation.

Never
ask you for money! With so many people out there today who will
take advantage of anyone at the drop of a hat, I refuse to lower
myself to that level. If at all possible, I will try to get you cash
at closing to help you move forward with your plans for the future.

Do
everything I can to help you! I've been there and I know what it
is like. So, I will do everything in my power to help you. If you have
been laid off, I will help you with your resume to get a job. If you
need a truck, I have one. if there is some way I can help you, I will.

Please
contact me for anything that I may help you with. Throughout the years I
have been all the way at the bottom and fairly close to the top. So, if
nothing else, I will commiserate with you and do my best to help you see
